Returns and Exchanges

Returns

Shipping costs for returns is the customer's responsibility. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final on customized items and they CANNOT be returned or exchanged. All items being returned must be unused and in the original factory packaging including protective plastic on the palms of the gloves. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size. We will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. We do not reimburse or credit for shipping on exchanged items. For quicker turn around, we recommend that you reorder your new size/item online or and then return your incorrect size to us for a refund. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
